The order process on the mobile site has been specifically designed for mobile use and has been simplified to make it easier to use. We do not expect that you should find it difficult to use but if you have any difficulties using this system please contact us with information where you are having the problems so we can improve the service.

How to Order?

1. New Customers:
   To order, please first complete the correct consultation.

2. Existing customers:
   To order, please first login.

3. If you have been cleared to order this will be indicated in the login area


4. For repeat order
   Your last order will be displayed, if you want to repeat this order simply click the button repeat this order and you will be fast tracked through the order process to where you need to confirm your details.


5. If this is a first time order
   Click on ‘Order now’ button to go to the order page
   
   
6. On the order page
   Treatment and dosage can be selected to add to the basket.
   
   
7. If you want to add more to the basket just click back to order page
   
   
8. After the order page a method of delivery needs to be selected. (more on delivery).
   
   
9. Once a delivery method has been selected then confirm the delivery address and that none of your medical details have changed.
   
   
10. If you need to edit your medical details please do so by going to the my details section
    
    
11. On the payment page if you have already successfully ordered with us you may have the option to use an old card. To use a different card simply click on ‘Use a new card’.
    
    
12. To use a new card simply add all the card details that are required and confirm the billing address. Changing the billing address will not alter the delivery address.
