  • When will my order arrive?
    If you order before 3pm Monday – Friday and select special delivery your order will arrive by 1pm the following working day. 1st Class recorded delivery can take up to 3 working days to arrive.

  • Is the packaging discreet?
    All orders are sent in plain envelopes with no indication of their contents.

  • How much?
    Full price list is available after registration (in the log in area). Registration is free and there is no obligation to order.

  • Can I order by phone?
    Yes you can order by phone simply call customer services.

  • Is it secure?
    Our service is independently checked and monitored to ensure that ordering online through FirstMed is very secure, safe and discreet. Your card details are not stored by us and the payment is made through a secure web connection with SSL certification.

  • Is it safe?
    FirstMed only sells branded authorised treatments that have been cleared by the UK regulatory agencies the CQC, GMC and MHRA for online sale.

  • Can the delivery and billing addresses be different?
    Yes we will be happy to send your order to a different address. Please just enter the different billing address on the payment page. Your order will not be sent to the billing address.

  • Are you in the UK?
    Yes every aspect of our business is based in the UK, even the customer service!

  • Can you send to the USA?
    No! Due to FDA regulations we are unable to send treatments to the USA. We are also unable to take payments from cards issued from a US bank.

  • What appears on my Credit card?
    The charge will appear on your credit card as 'FMC Marketing Ltd'.

  • Do I need an email to register?
    Our registration process requires a valid email to be used. We will not send any unauthorised messages to this email. .

  • I can not log in?
    If you are having problems logging in please check you have entered your details in correctly. Failing this please contact FirstMed customer service and we will be happy to help.
